Return Policy

At The Gilded Crow, all of our products are made to order—each item is custom made just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions – Manufacturing or Printing Errors
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To initiate a claim, please contact us within Fourteen (14) days of receiving your order and include:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number

Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a resolution promptly.

Note: Slight color variations and minor alignment differences are normal with custom-printed items and are not considered defects.
